I think all the reception staff are very friendly and competent, which is very reassuring and gives me confidence.
The rest of the service seems to be excellent and all the medical staff are efficient and very competent.
The only problem I have had was with an appointment what I attended but I wasn't booked in properly but this was quickly remedied with no problem.
